Serviced apartments for foreign residents in Yangon, Myanmar. It was a project by a Japanese investor, the same as Sakura Tower. The basic plan, which was done by the Nihon Sekkei Tokyo Head Office, was completely revised, and the Singapore office carried out the basic design, implementation design, contractor selection, and construction supervision.
Although the site is far north from the old city, it is located near a lake called INYA LAKE, which is rich in groundwater and was considered the most valuable residential area during the British colonial period. The U-shaped plan overlooks the golden Shwedagon Pagoda, the symbol of Yangon, with a pool in the center of the courtyard and a cafe facing it. The structure was designed by a cooperative engineering firm in Indonesia, and the facilities were designed in collaboration with a firm in Singapore.
