大手町プレイスOtemachi Place
2008～2018
「街をつなぐ 人をつなぐ 時をつなぐ」
2008年に行なわれた基本計画プロポーザルにて主任技術者としてプロジェクトを獲得して以来、2018年の完成までプロジェクト統括責任者を務めた。財務省、日本郵政、日本電信電話の3者を地権者としてUR都市機構、NTT都市開発が施行者を務めた都心での再開発事業である。
大手町の周縁に位置する約２haの敷地を有効につかい、一般の人々には敷居の高い大手町のオフィスビル群と一線を画した街と行き交う人々に向かって開かれた計画としている。
"Connecting Cities, Connecting People, Connecting Time"
Since winning the project as the chief engineer in the basic plan proposal in 2008, I have served as the project supervisor until the completion of the project in 2018. The Ministry of Finance, Japan Post, and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation were the three landowners of this redevelopment project in the heart of the city, with the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR) and NTT Urban Development acting as executors.
The project made effective use of a 2 hectare site located on the periphery of Otemachi, and was designed to be open to the city and the people who pass by, making a clear distinction from the office buildings in Otemachi, which are too crowded for the general public.
